Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–8 business days. Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Orders ship in plain outer packaging. Blind boxes are sealed — we never open or sort them before shipping, so your pull is completely random.

We accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

A blind box is sealed packaging — you do not know which character or variant you will receive until you open it. Each series lists the full character roster and pull rates on the product page.

Yes. Most series include one or more secret or chase variants at lower pull rates. These are noted on the product page where applicable.
